Minor flaws such as tiny bubbles or slight unevenness are normal in handcrafted glass, which is not a quality problem . If there are obvious defects (such as cracks, large bubbles), please contact us immediately.

A: All our glass accessories are made of high-quality lead-free glass, which is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and safe to use. The glass is clear, durable, and not easy to break (except for improper use).
Care & Maintenance
Q1: What should I do if the glass accessory is broken?
Please handle the broken glass with care to avoid injury. We do not provide repair services for broken glass accessories, but if the product is broken during transportation, please take photos of the package and the broken product within 48 hours of receiving the goods, and contact our customer service for a refund or replacement.

Q1: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
A: Since all our glass accessories are handcrafted, we provide a longer order modification period for you. You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has entered the production process or been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.

A: We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the goods, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You need to bear the return shipping cost. If the product is defective or wrong (caused by us), we will bear the return and exchange shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement.

A: After we receive the returned goods and confirm that they meet the return conditions, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method, and the arrival time depends on your payment platform (usually 1-3 business days).
